An Action Plan is a "road map" of next steps created specifically for your business. It is designed to help you focus, prioritize, and remain accountable to time-bound, realistic goals to move your business forward.

From March through June, CBA graduates participate in one-on-one action planning sessions with experienced Rising Tide business coaches to complete the critical milestones for their businesses listed on their 90 Day Action Plans.

In order to enroll in the 90-Day Action Plan Program, you must attend this FREE orientation session.
